It is a transport vehicle with a driver, in other words, transport with a private driver like UBER, BOLT or even a Taxi etc.
The private hire vehicle is easily recognizable by its mandatory red sticker affixed to the front left of the windshield and the rear right of the rear window.
On the front, next to the sticker, you will also find the private hire professional card obtained by passing a theoretical and practical exam conducted by the Chamber of Trades and issued by the prefecture.
